Like Royals

This is our second time here with friends, we like it very much. This is an amazing hotel(except bed's are too soft), very professional staff, smiling and helpful specially housekeeping ladies, Anindita and Ramya.! We sincerely suggest the royal atlantis over the old one which we have also stayed. If you have kids it also has a lot of activities, for adults you can party and have great fun. Breakfast is one of the best by variety and taste. Everyone can be fully satisfied.

Amazing experience

Amazing place, lovely food and service . Staff is super friendly. We were a large group (30+ people) coming on a busy day, and we were met by Youssef who was extraordinary in making it a lovely and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the place.

Royal club service

Sai royal club was very polite and amazing service. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from one of the hotel’s waiters during our stay. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally attentive, polite, and professional. Terrible hotel and policies

I accidentally booked a stay at The Palm through Expedia instead of The Royal, which was entirely my mistake. However, resolving this through Expedia has been an absolute nightmare. Despite this, I reached out to customer service at Atlantis to see if they could assist by either transferring my booking to The Royal Atlantis or issuing a refund so I could rebook. Unfortunately, they informed me that a refund would only be possible if I first made and paid for a new booking at The Royal Atlantis. This effectively means that in order to secure a refund for The Palm, I must make an additional book
