Incredible Vacation.

Beautiful resort! Fantastic service,food,accommodations and experience! Our concierge Ivan greeted us at the check-in desk and was attentive,respectful and professional the entire duration of our vacation and ensured we had a great time! We look forward to an our return in February 2026.

Things never change. 11 years and still the same issues.

Some things never change. If any of the management companies (past and present) used the facilities they would not tolerate what we as guest have to. Fuentes pool (9) Bali Bed matress condition it is not good and year after year it gets worse. Sending an email or going to the Front desk to speak to management falls on deaf ears year after 11 total. This is just one of the many pool Bali Bed matress/ cushion conditions

Jerik entreteiment is the best

My vacation in El Dorado was a lot of fun. I celebrated my birthday with my friends, the food at the restaurants was delicious, and I loved the volleyball and water aerobics with Jerik. Jerik made my friends and me laugh. He is a guy with a lot of charisma and charm. I 100% recommend vacationing in this place.

Don’t book here

I am going to start by saying that all of the staff in the front desk, concierge and the restaurants were all amazing. The food was amazing and the grounds were very well kept. I do want to make sure that I clarify that by the grounds I means the landscaping, the plants, trees, nature. Walking into the room, it was not what I expected. When I booked the room that I wanted a big deciding factor on my room choice was the pictures that I saw on the Destination Weddings website. The room was completely different. The building was old. There was mold and the room had this weird smell to it. We w
