Is a good location worth the worst service?

If you’re thinking about booking a room in this hotel, be extra careful of leaving your stuff in the room. Some of my things just “vanished” in the last 4 days that I’ve stayed here and the staff couldn’t be more uninterested. Overall, the hotel is in a good location. The price for breakfast is €15 per morning, which is far more than eating in any coffee shop/ restaurant near the place.

Unprofessional and stingy

This hotel purports to be four stars but it's far from four start quality. In fact, it was quite strange. There were many little problems but the worst was breakfast. They said breakfast was at 7:30. When I came down to the breakfast room, there was nothing. When I asked about it, they said that they hadn't yet prepared! They then quickly started to throw something together for me - and it was not very good. Totally unprofessional. The room was OK but the internet in the room and the lobby didn't work. Epic scam! Be aware!

The very rude receptionist (Irfan) wanted to scam us to pay almost 500€ more for a prepaid room. It's even more funny that though we are actually owners of a travel agency and we personally confirmed reservation over a month ago with our hotel supplier, and they made contact with hotel immediately, though hotel still wanted extra payment. Just lol.

Be ware!

The hotel has an excellent location and that is all. It advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, but it's a 2 star hotel at best. While on my honeymoon, I was scared for my wife's and my own safety staying there... after only four hours. Minor Problems: The elevator doesn't work and most of the services listed are not available. When we got to our room there was no hand soap, the hair dryer smoked when turned on, and there was hair all over the floor and bed. When we went to the front desk, the attendant told us all of the problems were fine, and he got angry that we complained. After much debat
