Would definitely return

My son and I had the trip of a lifetime here! The staff were so friendly and warm and we felt at home very quickly, thanks to Jovita, Ian and Saidi on the desk, and Said in the resturant. The accommodation was chic, clean and spacious and food was delicious. Now I am searching the internet for recipes similar to what we had. The location was fantastic being on such a beautiful beach. Excursions team were also great and we have made some unforgettable memories. Would definitely return!

Relaxing

The hotel was lovely , gardens were beautiful and well kept . Bedrooms were really nice too Staff were so lovely and welcoming and they always smiled and would help you have a great time . The only staff I felt were a little off were the towel guys , they could be a little rude sometimes. The sea was so warm it was like walking in to a warm bath and beach was nice and yellow sand , only thing was if the tide was out the walk to the sea was a little trek though slushy mud till you hit sand again The drinks were okay but limited and standard cheep local brand but could buy named brands at ab

This is a 2/3 star hotel at the most.

When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and was shown to our room. First impression was looking in the bathroom to see a large mirror on the wall which was filthy dirty. From then on everything went downhill. After 1 night we decided we wanted to change hotels because we were not happy with the cleanliness and the shabbiness of the room. The hotel manager talked us round to staying offering a much better modern room. After a while we noticed the food was very basic at each seating and could not eat most of it. I am sure a lot of other Europeans might have enjoyed it but not the English. In
