Wonderful stay

We loved this hotel the staff, the pools, the food and entertainment were all great. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We were very impressed with the lobby area, the decor is beautiful and the seating comfortable and plentiful. The speciality restaurants and the buffet had very good food. The buffet had so many options every day. Stand out staff members Gabriella in the a la catre and vlodimir on reception both very friendly, attentive and professional. Flying hygiene issues...

One week stay in swim up room 1135. Room fine, swim up pool good, and efficient cleaning. Shower temperature and flow very good. I agree with previous poster that the flies are everywhere. We went once to Pepe's (poolside snack bar) and the flies were unbearable. We ate indoors every time after that. Now I know flies are not the hotel's fault, but we also saw the Pepe's staff member having to continually wave flies off the food. We visited all three speciality restaurants. Flies flies and more flies

The hotel was nice no complaints really except no lifts which did astound me for a hotel of this grade and we were on the top floor. They App is very hit and miss as they ask you to request things on their and it doesn’t always happen and no light on the balcony which again means you can’t sit out there when dark. Just a word of caution…… flies… there are so many flies if they ain’t on your dinner they are on your drink. Fabulous holiday

We have just returned from our 11 night trip to this fabulous hotel. From the first moment to the very las moment we were treated like celebrities. All the staff are so welcoming and smiling. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis and towels shaped into creatures with talent. They have 3 restaurants you have to book the Italian and the Asian is buffet style and the Al a carte were silver service. Having said that the main restaurant had many choices and even the most picky person should find an alternate on a daily basis with chefs cooking as you queue. The entertainment team work
